Sam Josepher

These words of Nelson Mandela capture the essence of my work with people, ‘Your playing small does not serve the world.’

As a child, I was taught to play small and not be heard, to make decisions based on fear, not to venture outside my comfort zone and towards my dreams. But I could not ignore my internal call to be more. I found ways to realize my potential and achieve my dreams.

Now I know that we all yearn for the same. It is the human experience to want to expand, leave our mark, and not have regrets about the life we have lived.

Through spiritual life coaching, I am living my highest vision by working with others to do the same: to live the life you design and reach goals that may seem unattainable.

I am passionate about people, their potential, and the coaching process. I believe adamantly that we create our own reality and that what we focus on is what grows in our lives. Thus, I always begin the coaching process by examining your strengths and unique talents.

When we really look at why we do not achieve, it is our fear of success that stops us, not our inadequacies. The first step to designing the life you deserve is to listen to your inner voice, to begin to allow it to speak more loudly. I believe that the greater our expectations, the higher we will reach and the more fulfilled our lives become. In so doing, we will enrich the lives of those around us.

In the powerful words of Nelson Mandela:

“There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. …And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

My coaching is designed to help you listen to your inner voice. I support you to take your first step to the life you design.
